Writing a letter to express satisfaction (or dissatisfaction)

Work with a partner. Imagine that you have been using some of the services provided by Thanh Ba Post Office (you have learnt about this post office in Reading section). Discuss the things that may make you satisfied (or dissatisfied) with the services there. The ideas below might be useful to you

- The opening hours of the post office:

It is too early when closing at 9 p.m. It would be much better if the post office opened until 11 p.m so that customers can have access to the services.

The parking area of Thanh Ba Post Office is not a good and security place/ Although the parking area is large, it has no security-guards.

After a year in the job, the director of Thanh Ba Post Office has invited residents in the neighborhood to write letters to him describing the quality of the services they have received. Write such a letter, using the ideas you discussed in he Task 1

Dear Sir,

I have been using the services provided by Thanh Ba Post Office for years and I am in response to your call for customers to express their satisfaction or dissatisfaction towards the post office services. Like many other customers, I find your post office a well equipped and reliable address.

Firstly, I’m impressed by your spacious place for transaction, the seats are clean. Nine telephone boxes are always available so customers do not have to wait to make their call. More interestingly, I am satisfied with the price of the services. Although the packing area is large, it has no security guards and I sometimes feel insecure when leaving my motorbike there.

And the last point I would like to comment on is the opening hours of the post office. I think it would be better if the post office opens until 11 p.m so that customers can have more access to your services. I know that you and your staff have done so far for the developmem of the post office.

This letter is written in the hope that your post office will be a better place.

Giống như nhiều khách hàng khác, tôi thấy bưu điện của ông là một địa chỉ được trang bị tốt và đáng tin cậy.

Thứ nhất, tôi cảm thấy ấn tượng bởi nơi giao dịch rộng rãi, chỗ ngồi sạch sẽ. Chín hộp điện thoại luôn sẵn có vì vậy khách hàng không phải chờ đợi để thực hiện cuộc gọi của họ. Thú vị hơn, tôi hài lòng với giá của dịch vụ. Mặc khu vực đóng gói hàng rộng, nhưng không có nhân viên bảo vệ và đôi khi tôi cảm thấy không an toàn khi để xe máy của tôi ở đó.

Và điểm cuối cùng tôi muốn bình luận là giờ mở của bưu điện. Tôi nghĩ rằng sẽ tốt hơn nếu bưu điện mở cửa đến 11 giờ tối để khách hàng có thể tiếp cận nhiều hơn đến các dịch vụ của ông. Tôi biết rằng ông và nhân viên của ông đã luôn làm việc vì sự phát triển của bưu điện.
